By calling themselves employees of TRAI, these thugs will offer you a earning of Rs 25,000 per month. TRAI has also shared an image with the post to alert people, in which a person is seen talking on a call and the thug in front is offering to earn Rs 25,000 per month in exchange for installing a mobile tower. To take this offer, you are being asked to press the number 9.
In this post, it has been made clear that the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India aka TRAI never calls, nor does it issue NOC. If you get a call in the name of TRAI, then be careful, these are fake calls. To block such calls and SMS immediately, you can use the TRAI DND app.
